We walk the charming streets winding around the Place des Lices. We take pleasure in getting lost, the better to find ourselves, with a delicious taste of the unknown and chance. A few meters further, at the bend of an exotic garden, it is the Salama restaurant which reveals itself, like an oasis of well-being, taking shape with majesty.
Formerly the famous Villa Romana, the Salama shines more than ever with its architecture and refined decoration, oscillating with a balance between tradition and contemporary, typically Moroccan.
